A year later Kent police make arrest in shooting deaths of two – KOMO News

Police said investigators had not identified a suspect until yesterday when officers were able to corroborate information and could identify a suspect.

Police did not provide more details.

The next day, police went back to the camp and found Robert Dias dead. Police say Dias was a witness to Campos#8217; death and that the same gun was used in both deaths.

On Aug. 12, 2016, Kent police went to a transient camp in the 22200 block of 88th Avenue South. Officers found Louisa Campos, 31, dead. She had been shot to death.

Kent police arrested a 30-year-old Covington man on Saturday. He has been booked into the King County Jail.
