Since 2014, five individuals have been wiped out in collisions across the stretch of road, which runs between Beaconsfield and Amersham.

Thames Valley Police were already in the scene from the incident once the crash happened and also the Independent Police Complaints Commission has released an inquiry to their publish-crash methods.
#8220;As police were present in the scene at that time, the IPCC was notified from the incident by Thames Valley Police and deployed an investigator towards the police publish-incident methods,#8221; an announcement in the police watchdog stated.
