Bishop’s Stortford A1184 covered in mash potato after lorry spill – Hertfordshire Mercury

The incident happened just before 2.15pm this afternoon (Wednesday, November 15) on the A1184.

It is believed that the lorry had to brake suddenly, causing the spillage to cover the cab of the lorry and the road itself.

A lorry spill has seen mash potato left all over a road in Bishop#8217;s Stortford.

The driver of the vehicle confirmed to police officers that the mash potato was animal feed.

Highways officers remain at the scene with a video showing them working to sweep up the spillage.
