A 49-year-old man from west London was arrested on suspicion of performing an aviation function while his alcohol level was over the prescribed limit.

A police investigation is under way after a pilot was removed from a British Airways plane at Gatwick Airport and arrested for allegedly being under the influence of alcohol.
