Lewis also spoke of being bullied like a kid and as being a victim of abuse, although he didn#8217;t get into detail. 

Lewis#8217;s campaign platform concentrates on community participation, youth engagement and drug abuse treatment.

#8220;Police can not be everywhere simultaneously,Inch Lewis stated. #8220;But people should seem like they are able to get the telephone and call a police officer when something goes completely wrong. We have to gain trust.#8221;

Lewis, who#8217;s running for that position of Hampshire County sheriff this fall, states he really wants to help extend that sense of safety to everybody in the region #8212; especially minorities and adolescents.

Lewis gone to live in the Pioneer Valley together with his partner ten years ago. He resides in Amherst, and it is an alternative teacher for Amherst-Pelham Regional Schools. Also, he runs a burglar company from Springfield and Providence, and previously has offered like a correctional officer in Vermont and Nh.
