Husband and wife plead guilty to Niton pharmacy burglary – Isle of Wight County Press

David Conlan, 36 and his wife Rebecca Conlan, also 36, both of Wilberforce Road, Brighstone, admitted the break-in where a quantity of medication was taken on November 23.

The case was adjourned for sentence to the Isle of Wight Crown Court for January 12.

The couple were both granted unconditional bail.

A HUSBAND and wife who burgled the Day Lewis Pharmacy in Niton appeared at the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court today (Friday).

David Conlan also admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty and using abusive or insulting words or behaviour to another police officer.
