John W. Ruttle, 27, of Mundelein, was charged Oct. 6 with unlawful use of an electronic device, driving without a license or insurance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue and Olde Half Day Road. He has a Nov. 8 court date scheduled in Mundelein, police said.
Christopher T. Spice, 44, of Grayslake, was charged Oct. 9 with unlawful possession of marijuana at the intersection of Westminster Way and Route 22. He has a Nov. 8 court date scheduled in Mundelein, police said.
Robert J. Reyes, 38, of Chicago, was charged Oct. 8 with Class 3 felony theft in the first block of Marriott Drive. Police said Reyes stole a bag with contents valued at more than $900. Reyes has an Oct. 17 court date scheduled in Waukegan, police said.
