Those in attendance and the race course will be hoping that the pair return next summer.

And Newmarket#8217;s July Course had the feeling of a festival on Friday (August 11) night, with the crowd well-oiled after a day of racing.

Not that he had a particularly hard time of it, with dubstep classics Eastern Jam and Saxon going down a treat at the start.

The pairing was represented by just Saul Minton (Chase), with MC Rage doing a good job of hyping up the crowd.

There were nods to the pair#8217;s record label MTA, such as Dimension#8217;s Whip Slap, as well as the more musical side of the genre in Redeyes and Lenzman.

That set that tone for what was an expertly crafted two hours, one that encompassed all styles of drum and bass, occasionally dipping into grime and dubstep.
