CLEVELAND, Ohio — A Seven Hillsides man is charged with fatally shooting a guy and hurting three others during a botched robbery in Cleveland#8217;s Lee-Miles neighborhood. 

Hill has three prior legal convictions, including two for drug possession.

For the reason that situation, he broke in to the home within the 12600 block of McCracken Road and stole jewellery, cash along with a television. Police found Hill#8217;s bloodstream within the entrance, where he broke in to the home, as well as in a hallway.  

He was billed this year after DNA linked him to some Garfield Levels home break-in six years earlier.

Hill and the other man walked as much as Menter#8217;s vehicle. Among the men pointed a gun in the group and told him to provide him everything he#8217;d, court public records say.

Hill isn#8217;t in police child custody along with a warrant was released Wednesday for his arrest.
